We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis, working on-site. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our products. We are seeking a creative individual with a strong understanding of design principles and a proven track record of delivering user-centered solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. * Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. * Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. * Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. * Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards. * Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. * Work closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies. **Qualifications:** * Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. * Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator** is a must. * Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. * Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps. * Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. * Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. **Workplace Type:** On-site **Employment Type:** Contract
